The Coach Behind The Iron Circus

Dalton McIntire

My name is Dalton McIntire and I am a strength and nutrition coach. While I've been training in a powerlifting fashion for many years, I have been actively competing for since I was 23 and I've been able to achieve multiple records, a 1700+lb total (@ 220), a 1900+lb total (@242), to include both a 700+lb squat and deadlift, top 200 all time position in the sport of powerlifting. I've accumulated over 10 years of lifting knowledge that can be put to helping you achieve your goals.

If your wanting to work towards being pain free and making progress within your sport, I can help you with that. There are many aspects of training that people overlook and continuously beat their clients down with repeat, but effective (but only for an amount of time) programming. But what happens when you have pain with training? What happens when you stop progressing? What happens when you have an injury and need guidance with rehab? This is where my expertise can help you and assist you with education, guidance, mentorship, and getting down the right path again.

I founded Iron Circus Strength and Nutrition with the goal of helping people achieve their goals within nutrition and strength training. Pushing yourself to your limits is only part of the equation and only works for a certain amount of time. When running your head into the wall stops working, that's were smart programming comes into play. Smart programming is more than just "here's your program check back in two weeks", it's the week-to-week conversations, adjustments, and mobility/stability homework geared towards your specific needs.
